1. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, once a service is rendered (e.g., a listing is published, a contact is revealed, or a subscription is activated), the purchase is considered final and non-refundable. Digital credits and subscriptions are consumed upon use or activation.
2. Exceptions for Refunds
We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate payments due to technical glitches in the payment gateway.
- Failure to deliver a manual service (e.g., a scheduled Gold Verification audit) due to unavailability of the OHunt team.
- Unauthorized transactions where it is proven that the user's account was compromised (subject to verification).
3. Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel their recurring subscriptions at any time through their account dashboard. However, please note that cancellation does not trigger a refund for the remaining period of the current billing cycle. Access will remain active until the end of the paid period.
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund under the eligible exceptions, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction. You must provide the Transaction ID and a valid reason for the request. We aim to review all requests within 5-7 business days.
