You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account.প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার করতে আপনাকে বাংলাদেশ আইন অনুযায়ী আইনগতভাবে বাধ্যতামূলক চুক্তি করার সক্ষম হতে হবে। আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্য নিরাপদ রাখা এবং আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টে সংঘটিত সব কার্যক্রমের দায় আপনার।
Listings and Contentতালিকা ও বিষয়বস্তু
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you submit. Content must not be false, misleading, defamatory, infringing, or violate any applicable law. We may review, request changes, suspend, or remove content that does not meet our standards.আপনি যে তথ্য জমা দেন তার সঠিকতা ও আইনগততা সম্পূর্ণরূপে আপনার দায়িত্ব। কোনো বিষয়বস্তু মিথ্যা, বিভ্রান্তিকর, মানহানিকর, বা আইন লঙ্ঘনকারী হতে পারবে না। আমাদের মানদণ্ড পূরণ না করলে আমরা বিষয়বস্তু পর্যালোচনা, পরিবর্তনের অনুরোধ, স্থগিত বা অপসারণ করতে পারি।

We offer premium visibility options (featured, pinned), listing activation charges, subscriptions, and credits for contact reveals. Pricing is shown in BDT unless stated otherwise. Credits are consumed per reveal as disclosed. Subscriptions provide access as described; days remaining and end dates are shown in your account.আমরা প্রিমিয়াম দৃশ্যমানতা (ফিচার্ড, পিনড), তালিকা সক্রিয়করণ চার্জ, সাবস্ক্রিপশন, এবং যোগাযোগ প্রকাশের জন্য ক্রেডিট অফার করি। মূল্য সাধারণত BDT-এ প্রদর্শিত হয়। প্রকাশের সময় ক্রেডিট ব্যবহারের তথ্য দেওয়া থাকে। সাবস্ক্রিপশন সুবিধা অ্যাকাউন্টে প্রদর্শিত দিন ও সমাপ্তির তারিখসহ দেখানো হয়।
Payments and Refundsপেমেন্ট ও রিফান্ড
Payments are processed through approved gateways. Refunds are limited and evaluated case-by-case based on usage and plan type. Where required by applicable law, statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009 are respected.পেমেন্ট অনুমোদিত গেটওয়ের মাধ্যমে সম্পন্ন হয়। রিফান্ড সীমিত এবং ব্যবহারের অবস্থা ও প্ল্যান অনুযায়ী কেস-বাই-কেস ভিত্তিতে বিবেচিত হয়। প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে ২০০৯ সালের ভোক্তা অধিকার সংরক্ষণ আইন অনুযায়ী আইনগত অধিকারকে সম্মান করা হয়।
Acceptable Useগ্রহণযোগ্য ব্যবহার
Do not engage in scraping, spamming, unauthorized data harvesting, attempts to bypass access controls, or activities that harm users or the Platform. You agree to comply with applicable laws including the Information and Communication Technology Act and the Digital Security Act of Bangladesh.স্ক্র্যাপিং, স্প্যামিং, অননুমোদিত তথ্য সংগ্রহ, অ্যাক্সেস নিয়ন্ত্রণ এড়ানোর চেষ্টা, বা প্ল্যাটফর্ম বা ব্যবহারকারীদের ক্ষতিকারক কোনো কার্যকলাপ করবেন না। আপনি বাংলাদেশের তথ্য ও যোগাযোগ প্রযুক্তি আইন এবং ডিজিটাল নিরাপত্তা আইনসহ প্রযোজ্য আইন মেনে চলতে সম্মত।

Limitation of Liabilityদায়-সীমা
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim in the 3 months preceding the event.আইন যতটা অনুমতি দেয়, প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহারের ফলে সৃষ্ট কোনো পরোক্ষ, আকস্মিক, বিশেষ বা ফলশ্রুতিমূলক ক্ষতির জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই। কোনো দাবির ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের মোট দায় সেই পরিষেবার জন্য আপনার প্রদত্ত অর্থের পরিমাণের বেশি হবে না যা ঘটনার পূর্ববর্তী ৩ মাসে পরিশোধ করা হয়েছে।

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Courts located in Dhaka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes. Where applicable, you agree to attempt amicable resolution before initiating formal proceedings.এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইন দ্বারা নিয়ন্ত্রিত। ঢাকার আদালত বিরোধের উপর একচেটিয়া এখতিয়ার রাখে। প্রযোজ্য হলে আনুষ্ঠানিক মামলা শুরুর আগে সৌহার্দ্যপূর্ণ সমাধানের চেষ্টা করবেন।
