Eligibility and Accounts
You must be able to form a legally binding contract under the laws of Bangladesh to use the Platform. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Listings and Content
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you submit. Content must not be false, misleading, defamatory, infringing, or violate any applicable law. We may review, request changes, suspend, or remove content that does not meet our standards.
Premium Features, Credits, and Subscriptions
We offer premium visibility options (featured, pinned), listing activation charges, subscriptions, and credits for contact reveals. Pricing is shown in BDT unless stated otherwise. Credits are consumed per reveal as disclosed. Subscriptions provide access as described; days remaining and end dates are shown in your account.
Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed through approved gateways. Refunds are limited and evaluated case-by-case based on usage and plan type. Where required by applicable law, statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009 are respected.
Acceptable Use
Do not engage in scraping, spamming, unauthorized data harvesting, attempts to bypass access controls, or activities that harm users or the Platform. You agree to comply with applicable laws including the Information and Communication Technology Act and the Digital Security Act of Bangladesh.
Third-Party Links and Services
The Platform may link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices. Use such services at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim in the 3 months preceding the event.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Courts located in Dhaka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes. Where applicable, you agree to attempt amicable resolution before initiating formal proceedings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
